Advanced Construction Group was established in 1983.

During the past thirty-six years our company has performed as General Contractors, Construction Managers, Owner Representatives, and Operations and Facilities Consultants for a wide range of clients.  Our business was built solely on our reputation—without promotions or having to advertise or bid for work.  We specialize in working with Building Owners, Developers, School Districts, Public Libraries, Universities, their Attorneys, Architects, and Engineers in the development of contracts, specifications, plans, budgeting and the complete management of construction projects.  We have also worked as Construction Consultants for developers in large design/build projects and property owners and public institutes on large maintenance projects.

Our ardent management skills are what set us apart from our competitors and has benefited our clients in the planning, budgeting and efficiency of construction, as well as the future maintenance of newly constructed and renovated buildings.

Our proven ability to provide exceptional service to our clients is evident in the long list of projects we have accomplished on schedule, within budget and with minimal contractual differences.  Our most recent projects, totaling in excess of 70 Million dollars, which include a new, medical building, eleven libraries in Queens County, various projects for the Carle Place School District, Elmont School District and Valley Stream School District 30 were completed on schedule and within budget.  We offer these accomplishments as a comparative cornerstone for our competitors.

Frank L. Marino

President

Frank Marino has owned and operated Advanced Construction Group for the last thirty-six years.  Mr. Marino has been involved with many different aspects of construction.  Prior to starting his own corporation, Mr. Marino graduated college with a degree in building construction and surveying. He worked for his family’s construction business as a Project Manager on public works projects.  Since his establishment of his own company he has managed many successful construction projects and completed many small- and large-scale building and renovation projects as Construction Manager and/or Owners Representative.  Additionally, Mr. Marino has performed consulting services on many large maintenance and design/build projects for several architectural firms, private developers and public entities.  Mr. Marino has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Michael Marino is the fourth generation in the same construction business. Mr. Marino graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Degree in Architecture. After graduating with a degree in Architecture Mr. Marino worked for a large Architectural firm on Long Island for three years before joining Advanced Construction Group. During the time he worked as an Architect he designed and managed small and large commercial and Public projects. Mr. Marino joined Advanced nine years ago   Over the nine years Mr. Marino has performed as construction manager and owner’s representative on many private and public projects. Over the last nine years Mr. Marino has managed over 850,000 sq. ft. of new construction and renovations projects. Mr. Marino’s background as an architect and experience in construction is a major asset in the company.
